Let’s be honest, it’s not far away until we’ll hear more regarding the next generation iPhone 5.
So TechnoBuffalo got all the evidence we’ve heard over the past few months, and created this mock up of the next iPhone.
What are your thought on this?

We’ve already had the home button and also the sim tray, but now we have the earpiece and headphone jack, which supposedly look like features from Apple’s next iPhone, releasing in the last quarter of 2012 rumoured.
Check it out for yourself!

Whitey Bluestein, who looks at companies like T-Mobile and AT&T, had recently found info that Apple ‘could’ be preparing their own provider, which could start as early as the next iPhone released.
Apple have made bags load of money since the iPad and iPhone release, and now seem to be trying to extend that, and open their own provider to serve the next iPhone’s and iPad’s, along with alternatives of course.
Back in 2007 when Apple released the original iPhone, they released it with the same 3.5″ display we see on the iPod Touch, and also the current iPhone, but now we’ve heard Apple’s idea was to release it with a physical keyboard.
Remember the days when Samsung we’re good? Nah, just kidding, but it seems Apple’s original idea was to copy Samsung’s, remember some of Apple’s devices back then? The BlackJack? Apple thought this was the future, but soon went with a more direct approach with the touchscreen, and then went on to indroduce this in 2007, and we now think Samsung are copying Apple in a recent Lawsuit we have on us, where Apple are trying to ban Samsung in every way possible.

The innovative Call of Duty franchise may soon be greeted with a follow up to one of 2010′s biggest shooters, Black Ops, and we could be seeing Black Ops 2 as soon as November 13th, according to a report from US group Target.
However with Halo 4 coming out only on the 4th of the same month, both games could face some rival competition with each other, and maybe need a re-think of the release dates to avoid clashing.
What do you think of Black Ops 2 coming out this winter? Check the image below of what seems to be a Target reservation card for the game for both Xbox(left) and PS3(right)
Apple have officially announced that WWDC will be held in San Francisco, and will start the week commencing June 11th.
“We have a great WWDC planned this year and can’t wait to share the latest news about iOS and OS X Mountain Lion with developers,” said Philip Schiller.”
WWDC can hope to bring the latest in the Mac OS line, and maybe even some new products launched to market, but one can hazard a guess on what we will see.
People are also saying Apple could announce there new iPhone this event, but usually Apple hold on for a year of the last iPhone, and WWDC usually consists of software and Mac products.
Tuesday, Apple posted the financial results for the 2012 second quarter of 2012, ending March 31. Apple announced a revenue of $39.2 billion with a quarterly net profit of $11.6 billion, or $12.30 per share. One year ago, Apple posted a revenue of $24.7 billion with a quarterly net profit of $6.0 billion at $6.40 per share. That’s a 94% year-over-year increase.
Apple sold 35.1 million iPhones, 11.8 million iPads, 4 million Macs, and 7.7 million iPods. “We’re thrilled with sales of over 35 million iPhones and almost 12 million iPads in the March quarter,” CEO Tim Cook said. “The new iPad is off to a great start, and across the year you’re going to see a lot more of the kind of innovation that only Apple can deliver.”
“Our record March quarter results drove $14 billion in cash flow from operations,” said CFO Peter Oppenheimer. “Looking ahead to the third fiscal quarter, we expect revenue of about $34 billion and diluted earnings per share of about $8.68.”
These reports come a year after Apple’s record breaking first quarter results in January, including $46.3 billion in profit and a $13 billion profit.
The inevitable iPad has been a worldwide domination in the tablet market, and iPad Mini rumours have always flocked the streets. But more recently we’ve heard even more news of an iPad Mini.
But recently we’ve also been hearing news of an ‘iPhone Mini’ which will still have iPhone features but obviously will be smaller than the original iPhone, possibly holding a 3″/3.2″ screen, and considerably cheaper than the iPhone we know today.
It seems Apple have an iPhone with 1GB Ram circulating in the works, this news comes before that Foxconn reportedly said that:
‘Apple will be announcing their next generation iPhone in October’ , read it here! http://techsquare.co.uk/?p=1466
We’re not surprised by this news, as Apple said they’re working on a new iPhone for the end of the year, and 9to5Mac have rumoured that Apple have sticked to the original iPhone 4 design. Also, Apple is set to be working on the next generation iPod touch, said to have a faster processor and possibly more memory.
You excited for a possible new iPhone or iPod touch?
One Japanese news crew managed to get a statement from a Foxconn employee stating a new iPhone releasing in October, however Maeil Business Newspaper recently said that the ‘next generation’ iPhone will be hitting shelves this coming Autumn. We don’t have much details so far on this, but it’s quite hard to believe that anyone working at Foxconn will be know anything at all on the release of the next iPhone
What are your thoughts, Fall or this coming October for the next iPhone?

Apple is reportedly working on building a new device with a 5-inch display that could launch in 2013. The 5-inch LCD screen will reportedly have either a 1600 x 960-pixel or 1280 x 960-pixel resolution, Macotakara said.

Apple decided to release iPhoto with their new range of iPads as we all know, the App currently is on the market for $4.99 in the US, and £2.99 in the UK. And so far, it’s proven to be a massive hit! Being released on March 7th however, in just 10 days, the App has netted $5 Million Dollars already, which certainly means this app has proven popular.
Considering that the App is only avaliable for a small quantity of iOS devices (iPhone 4, iPhone 4s, iPad 2 + Wi-fi, iPad 2 + Wi-fi+3G, iPad (3rd Generation) Wi-fi + 4G.) Apple have skipped devices like the iPod Touch, 1st Gen iPad, and the iPhone 3GS. All these have iOS 5, and I don’t see why Apple decided to ditch these products, but still, Apple are enjoying high times at the moment!
Since the release of the new iPad last week, iPhone 5 rumors have been surfing our screens, a few days ago we had rumours of a 4.6″ screen to now having the 3.5″ screen we know and love, but the bigger screens avaliable to market are beginning to catch peoples eyes. And I think this is one thing Apple could do to regain much of it’s ground, but we’ll see in Autumn what exactly Apple have planned.
Any thought what we could see in the next iPhone?
With just over a week to go before the hyped up March 7th, we’ve already seen rumoured photos and specs of the next gen iPad, and now this seems all but certain with the release invitation of what seems to be the iPad 3.
The photo states ‘We have something that you really have to see. And touch’. This was acompanied with a photo of the said-to-be iPad 3 and a hand touching the calender app, with March 7 on it! See it for yourself below!
So are you excited? We certainly can’t wait to see what’s on the brand new iPad!

Being able to take great notes anywhere is a wonderful thing. Having the notes automatically sync with your other devices and computers is even better, and efficient. Evernote gives you those abilities with an iPhone, Android, Windows Phone 7, and a desktop client. Evernote lets you take notes in an organized fashion and when you need to access them from another device, as long as you have Evernote on that device, you can always access your notes. Evernote organizes your notes by notebooks, dates, tags, and more. Notebooks allow you to keep all your notes for one subject organized into one space. You can share your notebooks with specified people or make the notebook public for anyone to see. You can attach files, pictures, etc to your notes with one simple tap or click. Evernote gives you the option to bold words, put them in italics, and underline words. You can make bulleted lists and numbered lists. A great feature that you can use is, Evernote email addresses. When you sign up, you get an Evernote email address. You can use the email to send notes, photos, and audio clips from your computer or phone into an Evernote notebook. It’s a great feature that I personally don’t use because I have Evernote on all my devices, so it’s not necessary, but if you were on a computer that didn’t have Evernote on it, then it’s a great and very useful feature.Evernote is really a full flegded note taking application. Check out the video below for a video review and demo! Thanks for reading!

We all know that Apple and Microsoft have been fierce rivals for many years now, but recently, Apple has become the largest technology company in the world, and now has become apparent that Apple’s iPhone market is now bigger than Microsoft combined.
Also, even if you eliminated the iPhone from the equation, Apple would still be larger than Microsoft combined, taking in account all the iPods, iPads and Macs.
What’s even more amazing, is how Microsoft faced near-bankruptcy nearly 15 years ago, and it’s only taken them that long to pick themselves off the ground, and become the company that they are today.

Apple, the makers of devices such as the iPhone and the iPad, has approached Dixons chief to become head of their stores across the world.
John Browett, chief executive of the struggling branch of Dixons, and co-stores Currys and PC World, was earlier today named the senior vice president of Apple, reportedly to chief executive Tim Cook.
Browett’s new roll will see him take charge of Apple’s work of expanding their technologies across the world.
John Browett has lately said I love Apple,” he said. “The thing about Apple is, it’s an exceptional company, and for me to sit inside a technology company like that and see how it works is really exciting. There is no other job in the UK or elsewhere that I would have wanted.”
So, what changes can we see made from Apple, and how will the new vice president fair in his new roll at the company, and what will happen to Dixons?

We’ve so far heard from Samsung that the company will not be announcing their hyped up S III device at the Mobile World Congress, but apparently the phone will be getting it’s own flagship launch later this year.
The company announced in January that they are still reviewing the launch date of the device. But we can now say that the Samsung Galaxy S III will be coming before June this year!
That leaves the question open to what will Apple be doing with their also hyped up iPhone 5. Will we see it compete with the S III and be released around the same time in the summer? We’ll have to wait and see.

The age old classic gets a new upgrade. Bejeweled Blitz is a lot like the originals, but better, in my opinion. You have one minute to score as many points as you can by moving gems around so that 3 or more gems are next to each other in a row or column. Before you start a new round, you can pick 1-3 “power-ups” to use. This app has Facebook integration and you have to sign in to use more than 1 “power-up”. There are 5 “power-ups” to pick from. The first is “Mystery Gem” that starts the game with a random special gem. The second is “Detonator” that detonates all special gems once per game. The third is “Scrambler” that scrambles all gems twice per game. The fourth is “+5 Seconds”, which adds 5 extra seconds to the game. The final “power-up” is “X2 Multiplier” that starts that game off with a multiplier gem. I give the the app 4 out of 5 stars because of the limitation with the amount of “power-ups” without signing in to Facebook. Definitely pick this app up if you love the classic nature of Bejeweled, but want a modern feel to your experience.

HTC, one of the largest mobile phone companies in the world, have release new images about their iPhone killer, the HTC Radiant. We expect to hear more on HTC’s new handset at CES 2012 in the coming week. Last year we saw the release of two of HTC’s most promising devices. The HTC Radar, and the massive HTC Titan. These two phones will burn holes in your pocket at prices from £350 to £500. The Radiant looks to be a very impressive and promising device. packing Windows Phone 7 and a processor to compete with phones such as the iPhone 5 (Coming later this year) and the Galaxy S3 (fingers crossed more info coming at CES 2012). From the picture, the camera looks pretty decent. Looking to be around an 8MP camera, with flash capabilities. The front looks promising too with a high resolution display, possibly around 4.3″ screen to rival the Galaxy S, and the usual Windows Phone 7 touch sensitive buttons nearer the bottom. Also the usual 3.5mm headphone socket at the top. We will keep this post up to date with news and updates for the HTC Radiant. Picture below from WPCentral.
